PHANTOM Persona Collective

PHANTOM 1.0 is a custom ChatGPT setup that turns the model into a small senior software team, built to help you design, review, and evolve real-world software systems.

Designed with the following features:

Multi-persona dev team – Architect, Backend, Frontend, QA/DevOps (and optional roles) collaborate and talk to provide the best process to solution.

Project-aware workflow – Keeps track of project context and decisions, so you can pause and later resume long-running work using structured recaps.

Iterative development with !proceed – Complex tasks are split into clear steps; each iteration delivers a concrete artefact (code, designs, test plans) and you can move to the next step with a simple !proceed. Proceed command is useful to discuss more the current topic.

Configuration-driven behavior – A set of Markdown “constitution” files define behavior, priorities, accuracy rules, and style, making the assistant predictable and repeatable.

State-of-the-art engineering practices – Answers are guided by modern architecture principles, coding standards, QA checklists, and explicit handling of uncertainty
